"Worst customer service ever, I go in and spend thousands of dollars on new counter tops and over a month later still no install date, I get the run around every time I finally get to talk to someone, I was even told by one associate that they were not suppose to even use the installer they set me up with then when I say I am going to contact corporate the lady on the phone says you go very condescendingly. Has been a disaster since the beginning, total confusion, the installer came and did the measurements, included areas he was not suppose to then texted me telling me that the store never sent him the information he needed and basically it was my responsibility to get it sent to him, so I go back to the store and they said he had it. Then the associate that sold me the counter tops leaves me a message that it is going to cost more money now, so I try to get back in touch with her but good luck with that, cant reach anyone and if you stay on the phone too long they just hang up on you. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot or Menards, this store just needs to shut down, they don't care about the customers anyways."

"I purchased a snowblower and waited three weeks for it to arrive and was then informed it was unavailable. Then I ordered a different model and waited another two weeks. It arrived and the skids were too low and it was destroying my driveway. My mechanic picked it up and adjusted the skids which cost me $200. It kept rattling and I mentioned it to a new mechanic that noticed a bolt had not been installed. The vibration caused a crack and now a $100 part had to be ordered. It is past the warranty so I am stuck with a $400 bill which includes pick up and delivery. I also ordered a refrigerator and had nothing but trouble and there was a dent in the front when it arrived but I lived with it. I will never again purchase an appliance or anything that is costly from this store!!!!"

I recently bought a house and am new to renovations, and I appreciate that there is always someone around to help find things and answer questions. Milana in the garden dept is friendly & professional and has helped me multiple times. Melanie in the cabinet dept is very knowledgeable and efficient at pricing options. Many other people have helped too, from lighting to tile to lumber. Thanks for keeping this place well staffed - it makes a big difference. I also love that I can bring my dog too!"

"The service was great- outstanding !!!. The employee in the appliance department was pleasant and knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for, and he showed me three units that fit what I was looking for. They had what I was looking for in stock!!! He was able to complete the sale in minuets!! I knew that he was going to need to get the clothes washing machine from the top stock and typically takes 10 to 20 minutes, but he had it to the outside pick up within 5 minutes!!! Amazing and outstanding!!!! One retailer that understands how a brick and mortor store needs to operate!!! Thank you!!!! PS I went to WS, three weeks for delivery three days for drop off, Home Depot, Didn't stock for pickup, needed to deliver, Menards shocked units , but they didn't have what I was looking for?? Might have, but the guy was clueless about appliances. Again, thank you!!!"
