Every single person who helped me was so kind and happy to help, they made me feel so welcomed and not embarrassed to ask questions. One employee cut some lumber for me so it would fit in my car and i’m so appreciative! As an artist who shops at lots of random home depot’s, this one was such a pleasant experience!"

"We love the rental trucks from Home Depot they are great price especially for single females who need to move things. However customer service was terrible we knew we had to get the truck back by 8 but we were struggling in the parking lot to get the lights off. This put us at 8:04. We saw the gentleman that rented us the truck in the parking lot, he would not help us and told us he was closed and it was my problem. Luckily there was a wonderful woman who was kind and took the truck back for us. She was kind and understanding. If it wasn’t for her we would have been charged a huge fee. I understand his perspective we needed to be on time but we were having trouble with the truck in the parking lot, this was an unforeseen circumstance that happened otherwise we would have been on time exactly at 8. People need to give grace of at least 10 min. People are on budgets it is hard and the day before thanksgiving."

"Always get great help here at this home depo but your self checkout personal both made us feel we were stealing. Very unprofessional. The gal in service vehicle flagged down manager to recount our items. Your staff on the floor have always been great and very knowledgeable but today was horrible. We do t like going into self checkout but no registers were available."
