"We were stuck on the highway on a Sunday afternoon, with a truck that was over heating. After a fiasco with multiple tow truck companies, I called the only shop that was listed as being open. Shadow answered the phone and was so sweet, he could fit us in whenever we were able to get there. He diagnosed our problem was the water pump! But unfortunately the parts stores were closed, but he offered for us to stay at his place and access to the shop TV, pop machine and bathroom. We were pulling a 5th wheel trailer and I only drive forward, he called a helper to come and back our camper into his driveway. We set up for the night. He was able to get the part ordered and started working by noon! He had us on the road that evening, even helped us hook up the camper. Great customer service, just a really nice guy with reasonable prices, if he wasn’t an hour and a half away from home I would would switch to him for all my car needs in a minute!"
