"Honestly, it’s unbelievable how rude the staff are here! I was completely shocked at how condescending and snippy they were with everyone. I started to order and got yelled at by an employee because the person at the register was new. Maybe there’s a better way to say that without screaming at a customer? Multiple staff members were incredibly rude. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Will not be returning."

"Cozy cafe with soup and sandwiches. The chili was terrific. My girlfriend has a turkey sandwich and she was happy with it. Reasonable prices. Cute atmosphere. Bring cash; they charge 4% extra for using credit cards."

"For our cozy little cafe, it has been a staple in Menomonie that we love and adore. I recently got a coffee and decided to be adventurous, so I went for the cashier's favorite. I ended up ordering the Mexican Mocha. It was spicy-good! There's a bit of cayenne, cinnamon, and smooth mocha for a sweet finish. I can't say enough how delicious their food and coffee are, especially their gluten-free wraps!"

"I stopped by the Acoustic Cafe when visiting Menomonie the other day. The atmosphere was quite cozy and inviting. My latte and roast beef hoagie were tasty and the service was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and looking for coffee and/ or a bite to eat!"
