"My daughter and I went in she wanted to have balloons blown up for her daughter's birthday party and the people that were working said they wouldn't have anyone there until the next day to do it but not until 12:30 because they had truck coming I am sorry you can still do truck and wait on your customers the two that were working the front didn't know anything and the guy they called up was very rude all three of them had very poor customer service your customers should come first we will not be back we are taking our business else where well to another dollar store in the area that is willing to help my daughter"

"Excellent service in store but customer service via the company was atrocious! There was an issue with a receipt for a Google play card not printing, they apparently could not print a duplicate. The manager called her boss who told her to tell me to write an email explaining everything...where, when, why how and then I'd get a duplicate in 7-10 days....for a receipt? Are you kidding me? Then the manager let me call customer service using her phone ( my cell had poor service) and the lady I spoke with was short, rude and sounded like I was the issue and not that A receipt didn't print on their equipment. She proceeded to tell me I had to come in the next day and speak to a different manager. What? The one at the location already did all she could. Finally the manager at the location took it upon herself to fix this mess ( after over 30 min) and just gave me another Google card with a receipt. I hope their drawer wasn't short because of their companies lack of customer service. Kiddos for the location...a big thumbs down for customer service at the corporate level."
