"I ordered a $30 delivery thru Panera’s app and got the wrong order. The app referred me my delivery driver, who is apparently thru DoorDash? They said they couldn’t bring my correct order, that I had to contact DoorDash support. Since I ordered through the Panera app, doordash didn’t have any record of my order (obviously) and couldn’t help! I called the store and they offered a return, which would have sufficed if they actually did it! I patiently waited a week for a card transaction reversal but got nothing. I didn’t get any credit on the app, no refund, and no dinner! This place SUCKS"
"The food was cold. The grilled cheese was more bread than cheese. The ham and gouda sandwich was more bread than meat or cheese. The creamy wild rice soup had no wild rice in it at all. It seemed like a potato soup. Very disappointed in my dinner tonight."
