"I simply love shopping in that hardware store. Heidi ALWAYS is able to help solve a problem with just the right material or tool. As a woman, able to do home building projects, it is great to go to a store where you are not looked down on or verbally "patted on the head" and send home to do "woman's work". I so wish all merchants would treat their customers like she does. Since we are moving from Luck, I will miss shopping there and know you will continue to solve problems of others...thanks."

"I called Luck Hardware yesterday to see if they had a particular size, length and stainless steel style water supply line in stock. She said she did. I asked her are you positive you have this particular one and she said yes. I drove 12 miles to that store and when I arrived there to pick it up she did not have it in stock. I asked her about it and she said we had something similar or could adapt it. I said to her that I specifically asked for a particular one and basically she blew me off. I will never walk into that store again and suggest you don't either."

Been back multiple times and able to get assistance with anything I am needing or looking for. If you are in Luck, stop by and check it out. Can find gifts to tools to just a friendly hello!"
