"I was told prior to going in they could help me get my battery replaced and installed. Went in and the manager I'm assuming (Dustin) gave me the worst experience. He was not at all helpful. Thankfully a customer was willing to help me. Dustin gave him the tools and battery and had a customer replace it for me. Dustin was not willing to help and appeared to not know how to replace a battery. Even the customer made a comment to me outside saying how it seemed like no one wanted to help me. Very disappointed in the customer service here.Would not recommend to anyone to go to the New Richmond location."
