"My experience tonight was excellent. Order arrived quickly, the driver was super courteous, and the pizza was fire. Stuffed crust was packed, and the toppings were loaded on. Can’t understand the bad reviews. The crew tonight (10/14/23) nailed it. I hope management takes care of them like they take care of their customers. Weekend night crew rocks as far as I’m concerned"

"I love Papa John's and I order some pizza and boneless at least twice a month but this time I ordered the boneless honey chipotle and they just gave me plain boneless nuggets with a light drizzle of sauce instead of the crispy ones with a large amount of sauce so I was disappointed this time around, maybe they ran out but next time I'd love to know before spending my money on something I won't eat."

"I LOVE Papa John’s. Ever since the IGHs one closed it takes FOREVER to get the pizza. It is cold & not as good. I ordered it over the weekend & it arrived almost 10 minutes earlier that the pizza track was saying. It was SO delicious & warm ugh it was good! I like when they make a fresh dough crust on the spot & then cook it so it fluffs up correctly in the oven. When they get busy they make them ahead of time & let them sit a little bit so it throws off the process of the dough. My last two pizzas were made out of fresh dough so hopefully they have figured this out for themselves because it REALLY downgrades the entire pizza flavor when they make it ahead of time."

"Very unpleasant staff. Signed up for text updates on pizza status, received message that my food was ready so I went to pick it up and still waited over 10 minutes after being told my food was ready. When I asked what the hold up was, a female staff was rude, telling me to be patient and that orders are done in the order they are received and that I need to be patient. I explained that I understand all that, but then why did your system tell me it was ready, when in fact it was not even cooked yet and that my concern is not being impatient, but rather concerned of why I received texts saying it was ready so that I would leave my house to come get it, when in fact, it hasn't even been put in the oven. She was extremely rude and unpleasant. The garlic knots were very overcooked and dry. The pizza was over cooked and looked slopped together with huge bread bubbles that literally has pieces of a cheese pizza with nothing but a burst bubble and no toppings. Based on the terrible service and terrible product, I will choose one of the many many other pizza options."
