No acknowledgment that someone walked in even though door bell rang, took a very long time for someone to come up to the front and when they did, it was a ..."Ya? " Like Ya, what do you want? This place has delicious pizza but horrible people running the place with no customer service skills what so ever!"

"Unique variety of pizza, pasta,wings, and more. The desserts sounded delicious but I didn’t order any, however the food was top notch. It was almost closing time and not only did we get delivery but was also given a generous discount (late night special) and was very impressed at the quality. I highly recommend trying Sarpino’s if you are in St.Paul. Magnificent!"

"This place used used to be generally fine, and they had nice specials. There must be new ownership or something, because it's gone way down hill. Quality isn't very good, there aren't any specials anymore, and they use doordash for delivery now, which is a huge mistake. I waited over three hours for my order and I live pretty close. The first Dasher just left the pizza at the wrong address even though I told them they were at the wrong place. The manager at least tried to make it right and sent out a pizza that actually arrived eventually, but it was cold and the crust was raw. I think I'm done ordering from here."

"Taste-wise, the food is generally great, but the restaurant is often closed when it should be open. On my recent visit, I ordered a meatball sandwich. The bread was hard and the sandwich was cold. When I ate the first half, I found a piece of blue plastic in the middle of the sandwich, where it had been cut. This means that the restaurant used the same knife to cut open food packaging and to cut my food. I don't know what kind of food packaging the knife was used to cut, but it could have been something that had been on the floor or exposed to other contaminants. This is a serious food safety violation. The restaurant refunded my money, but this is just one example of a food safety violation that could make people sick. I'm concerned about what other violations might be happening that we don't know about."

"Myself and 3 of my friends came in with just 30 mins left until they closed. One guy was working and he was as nice as can be. He was patient and very helpful as we all had individual orders and half/half pizzas. We watched him go to work and it was a thing of beauty! All our pizzas came out perfect and tasted amazing!"
