"Food was hot fresh and good. Wish the delivery fee wasn't so expensive. It keeps going up and yet none of it goes to the driver. Seems unfair."

"My recent visit to Domino's in River Falls was disappointing overall. Despite being a paying customer and tipping for the service, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff. As I waited outside for my husband, I re-entered the store to stay warm, only to overhear employees making disrespectful comments about me."

"Gave me a pizza with no sauce with burnt pepperoni and cold burnt tater tots called and received poor customer service! Tried eating them and it was awful it tasted so burnt!!! A BURNT FROZEN PIZZA FROM AT HOME TASTES BETTER!!"

"The experience that we had with this restaurant was not good. Placed our order online and didn't realize that we were overcharged for our order until I got the order to our apartment. I called the location and was told that they couldn't do anything about it because it was an online order. I was told to call the corporate office. I called and left a message and got called back the next day. The only way that it was dealt with was a $3 refund for overcharge. Really didn't solve anything."

"After placing an online order, we picked up and said "thank you". An employee said "thank me by going somewhere else." As a local and a regular, I will not go there again based on that terrible customer service. We regularly place orders here and have (even this trip) tipped over 20% every time. I revoked my tipped after the comment. Terrible customer service. Hire better."
