"What a friendly and warm place! Extensive menu with the standards "plus". Very friendly and professional staff, these folks have been waiting tables for a long time. Northwoods feel and feels broken in without being shabby, NB this review written in winter when it wasn't packed like it probably is in summer. Will be back."

"This is the most disgusting, unappealing, horribly ran restaurant I have been to. We where told to have a seat by a lady who and she would be right with us. She never came, instead another waitress eneded up coming over after 10 min. Everything in here is dirty, sticky and gloomy. I would not recommend this place to my enemy's. Please do not waist your time and money. McDonald's would be a better option, heck I would take a Lunchable over eating here for free. Hi owner, I see that you reply to reviews. This place is def NOT cleaned nightly. That fly trap has been up there for a LONG time. I have been to 100's of restaurants who open their doors 100 times a day, they don't have this issue. You have a double door for God sake. Not to mention what is hidden in your booths. Please be better, nobody should PAY you to eat like this. Let's not talk about the pest that live in place, we will leave that part alone."

"My family and I have eaten here a few times.. the Friday fish is pretty darn good(baked or fried). We have also had Sunday morning buffet. That is pretty good too! Would like to go back for the AYCE prime rib."

"Very accommodating they we’re closing and still served us everyone was nice Flys flys flys flys couldn’t barely sit with all the flys landing on us our drinks or the food we almost left Had the french dip 1 star at best meat was old and tasted My Girl had the chicken ranch wrap and the chicken was hard and over cooked and old waffle fries with all the positive reviews our hopes were set high but sorry to say i will not stop here again !!!! Also very dirty in dining room, it hasn’t had a good cleaning in what looks to be years I can only image what the kitchen looks like Hope the owner reads this and makes the necessary adjustments Thanks for looking"

"We were camping and randomly stopped here. There are two separate dining rooms. The big dining room has a much more inviting atmosphere. We were seated in the corner back booth of the small dining room upon entry. Atmosphere in that room wasn’t as appealing. It was very loud. The waitresses were very loud and the customers seem to speak very loud in that room. A few regulars come in which might be part of the reason. I wait staff were very pleasant and greeted us right away. They have quite a large menu with a variety of options ranging from breakfast to lunch to dinner. The burgers and wraps are not served with anything. Fries and waffle fries were extra. The food was hot and served quickly. One of us ordered a patty melt on white bread. It was quite tasty and the waffle fries nice and crisp. The other of us ordered taco wrap. It really didn’t have much flavor it was quite bland as was the salsa served with it. The wrap shell however was very moist and lite which I appreciated. The steak fries were plentiful. Cost was affordable. Parking a bit tight but plenty of spaces. We probably would not return."
