"Cute venue, nice selection. Pretty busy when we visited. Mocha was good and the banana chocolate chip muffin was delicious! Bright, natural light space with great views of the bay."
"We will always stop here when heading up the shore line and on the way back. The drinks are always amazing and the sandwiches are so filling. The layout of the place is amazing. You can sit downstairs and view the ice heaves in the winter (or the waves in warmer temps) or sit upstairs and see for miles. We’ve met a very interesting fellow here once and it was such a comfortable place to hear him talk about his life over coffee. We were in the upstairs room with the glass all around. Honestly, one conversation and coffee I won’t forget. Those who are staying in the Inn portion are lucky to have coffee right downstairs. Hopefully one day, my fiancé and I are able to stay here for a couple of days and just sip on coffee & people watch!"
"Stopped in had a curry carrot cup of soup. It was good soup I feel like it was missing something, but it was nice more of a subtle hint of curry with the carrot. Nice little spot on a gray autumn day."
"Food was way better than I expected. I got the rocky sandwich and added pickles. Amazing. Staff was great and the cooks did an amazing job as well. Outside seating was great, super windy but worth it. Right on Lake Superior."
"Got the big pretzel (just ok, wish it came with cheese instead of mustard, it's also way too big for one person-I had to toss 1/3 of it) and I asked if she could make me a lavender lemonade. she did and it was delicious! The next morning I got a scone and a muffin before my 3 hour drive home. The scone was good but the muffin was very dry. I tossed most of it. I noticed they were the same ones that were in the case yesterday (this was around 8:15 a.m.) Not worth $3 for each one. That being said, the shop is cute and all the girls working were super nice."
