"Extremely disappointed. I have a SLI31AGMDPM battery that will not take a full charge. It stalls out between 50-75%. Still under warranty but the store won’t do anything about it. They simply tell me that it’s fine. It’s not fine. I’ve tried two separate chargers. They had it on theirs too but I feel like they’re not being transparent with me. I can’t safely put it back in my boat and let the charger continually attempt to push amps to it. I’m left with a $500 paperweight. I will need to replace this but will not be buying next one from this place. **UPDATE** Spoke with the store manager and explained the situation. He was willing to warranty the battery and issue me a replacement. I really appreciate that! I'm not trying to pull a fast one, just wasn't safe for me to put this back in my boat and let the charger or battery overheat and potentially start a fire."
