"I brought my car into them today because I had so many issues going on and before I even brought it in when I had talked to them on the phone, they were very helpful and made sure I was educated on what they needed to do, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They explained what they had to do to me before they did it, and let me know what the cost would be before they even moved on with fixing what needed to be fixed. There were no surprises! As a female, it is extremely hard to trust auto shops in my opinion, but I definitely trust them. Anytime, I have any other issues with my car I will definitely be bringing it to them. "I brought my car here as I have a friend whose best friend works here and he highly recommended it. My car was burning a lot of oil so I brought it in to have them check my car out and see if they could find what is wrong. I had an engine light on, so they did a scan and found that I need to have my timing chain replaced. Then they said that they would replace my PCV (which they said was plugged) to try and fix the oil problem. I asked them to do a compression test on my cylinders to see if I had oil blow by to see if this engine is even worth putting money into. They said they would do it. When I called back they said they did the compression test and got 190, 190, 180 & 180 on the test of the 4 cylinders. When I looked up the score that an equinox should have it said between 125-175. I got the car back and checked the PCV and it was not plugged, and then I decided to take the air intake and motor cover off to look by the coil packs to see if they were removed to do a compression test. There was a lot of grime, dust and debris on the coil packs and around the holes the coil packs go into the cylinders. There was no sign of these being removed as the coil packs were dirty there was a build up of dirt, dust, sand and grime on top of the motor around the coil packs & they would have risked getting all kinds of debris in my engine had they taken them out. All they did was do a scan (5 minutes tops of work) and never looked at my car any more than that. I hate being lied to. This place is VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY and I will NOT EVER take my vehicles back there ever again. They just want to do the mindless easy fixes here. Also they wanted to charge me $650 to replace my PCV which is a $20 part and its right on top of the engine. 10 minutes to replace tops."

"Took in my Nissan Rogue for new tires, new tpms, transmission oil and filter change, rattling sounds and wheel alignment(different shop). Went above and beyond. Front desk gentleman was very accommodating and insightful. Gave me very fair pricing on labor and went to the extend of suggesting affordable parts options. After installing my new tires they drove the car over to a different shop to get the wheel alignment to simplify my life. Also was accommodating enough to fix some random noises in the car for free. I mean top notch service. Kudos guys. You’ll have my business moving forward."
