"Update 2/17/24: Shortly after my original review I arrived home from work to find a box of furs on the porch. I am not deleting my original zero/1 star review but I am providing this update since they did make it right after my original review. I am adjusting to a 3 stars. Thank you for sending my furs. I’d give them a zero if I could. I shipped a large box of furs there 3 years ago that my boys and I trapped for garmet tanning. They accepted my furs, sent me a bill for around $350, they cashed my check and I have haven’t heard from them again. They won’t respond to calls or emails. Criminal thievery as far as I’m concerned."

"These people are thief's and con artist. Stay away and do your business with a reputable company. They have had my beaver and fox hides since 2020 and 2021 and continue to lie why they are not done. I have spoken to co-owner Andy at least 10 times and it's as if he is reading a script that says the same thing every time. "4 ARE DONE ABD WE ARE Waiting for the rest". My last two calls I spoke with the shipping guy and he slipped and told me some are lost as the tags fall off them! I spent a lot of time and money to get them and ship them out only to have these crooks steal them.. STAY AWAY!!! Update 2/15/24-I spoke with Ian who said he is the shipping clerk and he reviewed my order with me which is the exact thing they say to me every time I call "4 of your beaver hides are completed, the rest are still not done". I asked him to ship me the 4 that were done and he promised me he would the next day and told me i would have them by the second week in January....guess what.....no hides yet!!!!! I have read dozens of similar scenarios on Google search of this company. It is time all of us trappers that are being ripped off file a class action lawsuit against this company."

"We have been waiting over 3 years for a bear we sent in to be tanned. This bear has a specific marking on it. Still waiting after talking to management. We waited 2 1/2 years for coyotes to be tanned & when we called they said they couldn’t find them & they would issue replacements. When we received the coyotes, bones were left in the tails. Are you kidding me! We take pride in our harvests & trusted this company."

"If I could give zero stars I would. My husband sent the hide of my first buck to them for tanning. 3 1/2 years later we finally get it and it is horrible. Big patches of missing fur. I can’t believe they even sent it , and charged us for it! I’d be so embarrassed if I was responsible for such terrible craftsmanship. Will be asking for a full refund."
