"As John said, don’t take the kids here. The regional manager, Jane, threatened to revoke my parent privileges (like accessing financial and legal documents or accessing the payment center) when I was critical of Dana the director…she literally stated that I threatened her when I’ve literally just been critical and upset of how I’ve been treated. She has a similar complaint below. I was never even given access to the camera that John is mentioning. I asked for access to what the enrolling parent(ex husband) has, like the camera and an online family access account, and they said my access to see my kids literally was dependent on my ex husband, who isn’t giving that permission in the first place. At least Kindercare would acknowledge and override access when they saw a court order. I’m sure that this review will earn me the removal of my parent rights. I guess no freedom of speech either."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! The staff did not care at all numerous times when there was a bad behavior kid in the class that was hitting my kid almost every day. Numerous teachers did nothing to stop it, even when watching during it. There is a live feed camera, we were watching the kid beat our kid numerous times on numerous occasions and the teachers did NOTHING. Also when I told the Director Dana, she told me something like “this is a preschool kids will fight” yea right, one kid was beating up my kid repeatedly and she didn’t want to do nothing, her attitude was deal with it. I withdrew my kid, do yourselves a favor and don’t take your kids here."

"It’s been less than a month since I put my kid in the toddlers program. She’s 1.5 years old and is enjoying her time there. I’m amazed with all the services provided here: - food is provided - diapers are provided - wipes are provided - dedicated app to watch live stream of your kids all day if you want to watch it - dedicated app for general updates like photos, menu, notes, diaper changes, nap times, activities, etc… The live stream especially makes me feel that the daycare is very transparent and trustworthy. Naps: I’m pretty amazed when watching the livestream during nap time that all the kids are very well behaved. They lie down on their mat and just nap. Even after they wake up, they stay on their own mat for a long time instead of walking around to play. Updates: The updates for the kids activity are updated frequently and I get daily photos. Independence: Not sure if this is related to Tutortime teaching her to be more independent but I’ve noticed that my kid is learning to be less clingy to me now and would roam around by herself at home sometimes. She’s also more open explore more things at the park instead of completely focused on eating. Exercise and Eating: My kid walks around there a lot. I think this also increases the appetite, so during dinner and breakfast, she eats very well. I think my only suggestion is to have more detailed tracking. There’s no indication of how much food she ate during the morning snack and lunch. For some reason there is indication during the afternoon snack."

"My daughter has been attending Tutor Time of Irvine since she was a little over one year old. She is now almost 2.5 years old. It has been a great safe, fun and educational environment for her. Ms. Nasima is great with the kids; the children are encouraged to be independent; it is a good thing when you come pick up your daughter and she wants to stay at school. The administration staffs are very friendly and always available if we need something. I am also impressed all teachers in this school know my daughter's name when we meet them in hallway. Overall, I'm very happy my daughter is surrounded in such a positive and fun environment. Thank you!"

"Its been almost a year that my son has been going to Tutor time . I would like to share that the school, the teachers & the overall experience of the school has been very good, they make the child comfortable from day one . A shout out for Ms. Olive who has been instrumental in my son's journey in the school. She is an awesome guide, mentor and a teacher. Her ways of teaching are very creative and exclusive .She not only makes the child comfortable but also makes a very good rapport with parents . I as a parent have learnt a lot from her . I love her out of the box efforts and warmth . She truly deserves best rewards for her unending efforts and love . God bless her and the school for making our kids strong and refined. Thanks!"
