"My child attended Everbrook in the infant room and we had a great experience. The administration and the teachers were so nurturing and made it a point to get to know our baby and us as parents. You have access to a livestream, which is great. My child was always well-taken care of and the team was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Miss Sarah is absolutely amazing! One thing I really loved about Everbrook's infant room is they are completely adaptable to your baby's schedule and really work with you as a team. We had a wonderful experience here and are so thankful for the care that our child received here."
"I only had experience with the infant room and I feel bad for all the babies that are in there. I was still pregnant with my daughter when we secured a spot for her in the infant room. Everything seemed great until she was ready to start going at this daycare in April 2023. I needed to make sure she was well taken care of, so I hung around in the room for a couple of hours to see how she was doing. I thank God I did that! It was the most depressing place I have ever seen: 8 infants and 2 teachers; I was wondering how that was going to work. Well, it didn't. While the 2 teachers fed/changed diapers/rocked to sleep two of the babies, the other six were laying on the floor crying, staring at the ceiling or just falling asleep on the floor (one of them face down). It was horrible. The teachers were overwhelmed with all the babies and all they had time to do was changing diapers, feeding and rocking to sleep. There was no time to interact with the babies, play with them, read them a book or anything else. These babies seemed depressed with no brain stimulation. I do not understand how parents can leave their children there, especially when you can see your child on the camera all day. I took my daughter and left the place crying, it was hard for me to process what I have just experienced. I brought it up to the director. She was extremely rude and said: "what do you expect? California law allows for 2 teachers to care for 8 infants, so that is what we are doing". That is so sad. Not to mention the amount of money you have to pay/month to have your baby stare at the ceiling all day... Now my daughter is in a family owned daycare, a nurturing and caring place, with lots of interactive games and reading, and most importantly, she is always happy."
"Friendly staff, experienced teachers."
"Terrible school with terrible management."
"I love this school! My children love it. Everyone is so friendly and professional. The kids learn so much and have so much fun. This is a very warm and welcoming school that takes care of children so that parents have peace of mind and can take care of business knowing their children are in safe hands. Lunch is cooked in school and my kids love it. It’s a balanced meal with veggies, which my kids really enjoy. Admin is very helpful and supportive and always welcoming. I am particularly impressed with their demeanor in communicating with my children and other families. It’s just a very warm place. Walking through the classrooms you can see childrens art work and you can tell it’s done by them and very original and not done by the teachers. I have definitely seen some schools where the teachers do the art with the child and send it home but it’s not their work. I also noticed that their belongings are very organized and do not go missing as was the case in another school. I appreciate the continuity of care where the teachers know the status of your child throughout the whole day and can tell you whether they finished their lunch or struggled with anything. This other school would change teachers at 3pm and they did not know much about what took place earlier in the day for each child. Student to teacher ratios are low. The pre-k class has pets in it! Guinea pigs, fish. The playground in the back is big and green with lots of room to run and play. This is a school that puts their students and families before everything. Thank you guys!!"
