"I was going to give the receptionist a break cause maybe she had a long day but when I saw the other reviews about Savina I just had to add onto the already complaints she has on her. She really needs better communication skills. She came off as rude and with attitude. The fact that there's complaints about her and nothing has been done goes to show that the clinic doesn't care."

"This walk in clinic took 1.5 hours to get 1 person in!! I have never seen an urgent care clinic take So long!!!! Not happy! Harms to leave and went to Dignity on Depot! While I was waiting after 5 minutes they called a guy in! That’s the way it should run!"

"Went this morning for ear pain no other symptoms the receptionist Savina had a bad attitude and was intentionally rude. I’ve been here plenty of times and never had such a bad experience. Not sure how long she’s been here but she definitely needs to have better communication skills when it comes to dealing with people who are not feeling well already. Hope she has a better day. I left and went to Orcutt Urgent Care the staff was amazing and had better energy."

"Went to cottage urgent care today in Santa Maria on Skyway Drive because I wasn’t feeling well and was very impressed with the type of treatment that I received from the beginning to the end they were very professional. The facility was really clean and the PA that I saw (Sickelton) was extremely professional, and had excellent bedside manners. Very conveniently located, they definitely knew what they were doing and got me in and out in less than an hour, and I didn’t have an appointment thus I highly recommend this location."

"I didn’t have an appointment but I was seen pretty quickly. The office staff and the assistant were friendly . The best part was the nurse practitioner. She was friendly, kind, and listened to my concerns. She helped me and gave me great information. I will definitely return to this office."
