"I have been going to the Itan in Carlsbad semi-consistently for almost 2 years now. The staff there have always been extremely friendly and helpful whenever I have any questions or concerns. The equipment is well maintained and always cleaned. If you’re looking for a place to go for tanning services paired with a positive and friendly environment, then this is the place for you."

"I would be very careful when using coupons or specials with this location. I feel very deceived after using their 7 day free trial. The fine print on the special states that you should cancel your trial within 7 days in writing. It doesn’t say anything about physically coming into the store to cancel “before 4:30 pm on a Friday.” Very sneaky business practice to have the coupon they offered say one thing and the agreement say another. It makes zero sense and it’s deceitful. And even though I’ve shown proof that I cancelled within my 7 days and did it in writing, they still get to keep $87 for a service I won’t be using. If this was an honest company, they would have done the right thing and issued a refund. But no matter how much I send over as proof that I did exactly what I was suppose to do, I’m still considered wrong to them. How very sad."

"Great place to get a tan. There are many locations, usually no wait, except at the smaller locations (La Costa). Beds seem to be well maintained. Now with Covid and all the restrictions, you just need to own your own goggles and bring a towel if you need."
