"I found the store on Google search and started jogging there because it said, at 11:13 closes at midnight. It said 27 minute walk and was 1 of 2 lotto retailers any near me, the other one was the opposite direction. I got there at 11:33 and the guy said they were closing and he wouldn't sell me anything. I didn't want to freak out so I stepped outside while I found the hours listed on Google, explained to him I busted my hump to get there and pretty much better him to make an exception due to my misinformation. He then changed his story saying only lotto closes at 11:30, and looked amused at my misfortune. I miss customer service. He didn't have to pull any strings but he could in the very least been apologetic."
