"I took my wife to this Ulta Beauty store location after we finish eating dinner nearby. She needed to buy some gifts for her secret santa. We came around 7pm on a Friday night and there was a lot of parking probably because it's one of the last stores open in the plaza. When we walked in, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any assistance. The worker was very helpful on directing us where the products my wife wanted were at. The store is pretty big inside and they have a lot of items. My wife found everything she wanted at this store. The worker at the cashier was also helpful when telling my wife that if she has the app and open an account then she'll get some saving."

"My experiences at this Ulta location in particular have been either uneventful or incredibly bothersome. The store associates on the floor are always helpful and attentive to you and whatever questions/concerns you have. However, there is a male store manager in this location who is conducts a disgusting manner in the store. I have witnessed this man be rude to customers and pay SELECTIVE attention to others. What has really been DISGUSTING to see, is this same manager at the Starbucks across the street yell at a barista and her manager over the most simplest humane mistake. To have witnessed his behavior outside of Ulta was so alarming and disturbing that he is the face of the Ulta Northridge location. I am utterly embarrassed for your customers, associates, and the brand."

"We were looking for a moisturizer for 15 minutes- no help, until we came across Sami, in the Clinique area. So knowledgeable & helpful w/ products.. ( friendly & answer questions we need) Since, this Ulta Opened up here in Northridge, I honestly think the customer service sucks!! Except a handful that cares for customers . Every time we go to the register to get rung up, we always get a ugly apple that rings us up- you know who you are w/ letter A name. If, you hate your job- leave !! You will have a different nationality that goes in there, be kind, we are all human & we must treat everyone equally."
