"I played lotto a few nights before. Bought a ticket around 12:45am from the owner and asked is it still okay to buy. He said yes its not 2am. Came back the next day around the same time maybe :48 instead of 1245.I asked the clerk could I have a scratcher. He says I Can't sell them because I have to much work to do. We close at 2 and I have inventory and paperwork. I said that wasnt an issue the other night. He says that's the owner. I said okay not gonna argue. He then continued to apologize and examine why he couldn't sell it. I said no need to explain if you can't sell me one. I'll just limited my spending here."
