"While my initial experience with Mattress Firm was quite difficult, the amazing store area manager, Jacob Sanders, really turned everything around! There were a ton of issues with shipping and even getting the mattress to leave the retailer, but Jacob really went above and beyond to be extremely personable, understanding, and helpful, even when I was upset about the misunderstandings in the beginning and the continual issues with delivery. He even went above and beyond his job to deliver the mattress to me when it would be delayed again. Thank you, Jacob, you’re the best! Thank you to Michelle and Eryn also for helping out. As for Karina, my initial sales person, I would recommend that you get better at knowing your delivery dates, sharing knowledge, and fixing your overall attitude. When you mess up, say that and apologize. You promised a delivery date time that isn’t even store policy, and never offered to fix it or even say that you were wrong. I ordered it early and was more than prepared for a longer delivery time, but you said 2 days and had me call back to send the order then. I would have happily called 10 days in advance to set up delivery. And when I went in to ask about what we could do/where it was, you couldn’t even get off your phone to help, so I had to call other Mattress Firms for aid. The attitude you have towards customers, especially when you are making commission off of them, is disgusting. Do better."
