"This is the only place I’ll go to and I would have given 5 stars but I had an issue with billing. I was told to pay $828.12 but it was not calculating and applying my $75 off from alle. I paid because I trusted that it was calculated correctly and so when I got to my car with the invoice and broke it down it was still not calculating out to what I was supposed to pay. I walked back in and explained that I was charged an extra $75 and then another lady got involved and just looked at the invoice quickly and said I can see that it was applied so me being uncomfortable with three staff members in front of me telling me it’s right without doing a breakdown, I left and called the main number and she took the time to review and seen that I was charged incorrectly and refunded me the overage. Very sweet lady. And I also loved the nurse that did my fillers and botox. Really enjoyed my time with her. I just didn’t have a good experience with the ladies in the front. They aren’t the usual I see there so I think they may be new employees in reception. I know it’s just $75 but I work hard for my points and stuff and it was just the principal and I felt brushed off when I went back in."

"TERRA is the best! After assessing my goals and facial structure she recommended the best lip filler for me that would give me the high impact results I wanted. She gently and meticulously injected my lips after ensuring I was completely numb. She made sure to ensure I remained comfortable and entertained the entire time.
