"BEST SEPHORA FOR HYDRO FACIAL!! This is the best Sephora in San Diego! The staff are friendly and helpful, without being pushy. I highly recommend the hydro facial here!!! I have been to this location for the facial several times and I also did it at fashion valley, and wow the Santee employees consistently go above and beyond. Ashley does an incredible and thorough job, and the facial on top of the high end products she applies and mini face massage she does is worth much more than $60. The facial at fashion valley was so disappointing in comparison, I will always choose the Santee Sephora."
"I chose the nearest Sephora location, unaware of the one at Kohl's. Regrettably, the experience fell short of expectations. From The employees to my wife and daughter encountered displayed rudeness and a lack of service. Rather than offering assistance or greeting customers, they seemed disinterested, providing one-word answers when approached. Even the cashiers exhibited rudeness. Whether it's an issue with the staff, the store environment, or dissatisfaction among employees, it undoubtedly reflects in customer service. I wouldn't consider returning or recommending this location unless one wishes to enter happily and exit feeling undervalued and disrespected."
"Signed up for credit card in store thinking it would be okay. My limit was set to a certain amount and they keep contacting me in regards of higher payments and super high interest fees after small purchases . Love Sephora but don’t even do credit cards with them. They are a scam"
