"Everyone in this place is super nice BUT I 10/10 do not recommend if you want a good pedicure and or manicure. She barely cleaned up my cuticles to the point where I pushed it back while waiting to have my nails painted and then asked for her to remove it. The entire pedicure, manicure lasted about twenty minutes and the rest of the time I spent waiting for someone to paint my nails. My manicure is already chipped and some of my toe nails are half painted. Unfortunate because this place is well priced and close to my house."
"It’s not a good feeling when I think someone is talking bad about me in their language. Also, when they use language barrier as an excuse for misunderstanding, is not acceptable. I declined callus removal but the tech continued to scrape my heel raw even as I pulled away. My heel was very sensitive for a few days. Also, no hand massage with manicure?"
