"Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life, I called for a quote and explained the situation. He kept trying to get me to come in, I explained if the price was too high I didn’t want to waste my time. I told him I was OK with the estimate and I understand that he can go up or down depending on what the actual bench looks like. I explained that fabric I had on the bench prior was already stripped, and he hung up on me. Go elsewhere, they are rude and time wasters."
