"Management willing to work with me when I was unable to use my membership due to surgeries that I had. They have been so understanding and flexible. I am still a member and the value is great as I can use their facility at my convenience. I personally like the hot wrap and hydro bed as they help to relieve my arthritis pain and I lose a couple of inches in the process. Management team and staff are professional and always pleasant and easy to work with. I mostly use the Encinitas facility."

"They are always changing the details on purchases to trick or confuse you into spending more $$$ for years now. I finally give up. I was a member at there salon. When I went to purchase credits towards future services they said I wasn't the right kind of member. Even she looked confused just trying to explain how I was going to pay more for less now. I received a text from them regarding the deal so I came in for that exact deal only to be told I don't get that deal at all. They also absolutely require a credit card to be automatically debited out of your account for any deals."

"I got my membership for fairly cheap. Their lotion, like most, are overpriced. I wish they had a monthly discount on a bottle or two. I tanned for two months and really didnt feel like I got much of a tan. It's a nice facility and super sweet staff."
