"I have never gotten my lashes done and I wanted to try this place out because it has great reviews. The environment is calm and clean wait time was less than 5 minutes with appointment. I was just interested in getting my lashes done but I had gotten convinced to do my eyebrows as well. I said you know what, why not I’m already trusting you to do my lashes. Unfortunately that was a mistake. A very sad mistake, I came in with thick eyebrows mentioning more than once I want them THICK I do not want them thin I want the same shape get I already have and just clean them out. Once I was done with my eyelashes they worked on my eyebrows , they gave me a mirror and I cried!! I cried with so much disappointment that they not only make them super thin I no longer had a shape on either eyebrow. I was crying and they kept telling me “it’s okay” “I can fix it” I said no you cannot and she wanted to get a pencil and fill it in to make it better and she kept saying “It’ll grow back don’t worry.” I’ve never cried of how horrible my eyebrows were left. I said let me just finish doing my nails so I can pay and get out of here. They compensated me for my hybrid eyelashes and I finished getting a manicure. The nail tech was so nice I think her name was Rebecca. That was on Dec 23, today unfortunately my lashes are already coming off and I’m very careful and fragile with them. Very disappointed and bad experience."
