"I recently purchased incense from Cultural Interiors -- GREAT deal ! I received an email from Gail (the owner), checking in and letting me know to reach out if I had any questions, prior to even receiving my order. I already loved how personable the interaction was. After getting my order in the mail and finding out I was missing something, I reached back out to Gail. She responded almost immediately, and mentioned that their assistant manager lived close by and could deliver the missing item personally. I was put in contact with Tammy (the assistant manager) who called to let me know that she was on her way and was exceptionally kind upon trying to find my very difficult to find apartment complex.
