"I recently shopped at Bob’s furniture. They have beautiful furniture reasonably priced. The sales lady who helped me was very helpful and not pushing. I purchased something and was in and out of there in 30 minutes. their delivery charges are reasonable."

"Ordered a bed frame and a dresser. The dresser came destroyed (Frame was cracked in multiple places, drawer track snapped, scratches, etc). i called, and they sent out another one. SAME THING broken...again... i called and rescheduled, and then they never showed up for the 3rd delivery. Customer service hotline is just a call center in some 3rd world country where they yell at you over the phone."

She greeted us with a smile was very courteous, polite & Professional. She asked us what we were looking for, she listened to us then provided us with several options.
