"We have a set of 6 Mallin sling patio chairs and a loveseat. We had the slings redone by Patio Chair Care several years ago. They did a FABULOUS job. Very tightly stretched - just like new! We didn't use them much last year due to covid but we got them out for the season this year and one of the splines had come out - only about 6 inches along the seat. I called and they said they could do the repair. I asked how much and they said - no charge. They set up a pickup for several days later. It was picked up on time and returned the next week - again just perfect. Absolutely love when a company does great work and then stands behind that work - THANK YOU. Also - shout out to Mallin furniture. A little pricey, but we've had ours for 18 years and they look brand new."
