"I am leaving this review on behalf of my wife, I booked this massage for her birthday. I booked a Swedish massage for my birthday on Saturday 2/2/24 at 9am. I arrived at my appointment right at 9am, where I was informed by the receptionist that my therapist was running a bit behind schedule. However, they reassured me that I would still receive my full hour. The therapist arrived at 9:10am and took me back into the room. Unfortunately, she seemed a bit disorganized and only asked me a few questions before starting the massage at 9:13am. Without looking at the form I had filled out prior to the service. She told me that we were starting at 9:13am and that she would end at 10:13am. During the massage, it felt rushed and not very thorough. She would massage for a moment, then take her hands off to grab lotion from across the room. She also started talking about how early it was and that she wasn't a morning person. I tried to ignore all of this until I flipped over onto my back, and she started having a full-on conversation with me about her previous workplace, her boyfriend, and other employees who apparently massage barefoot. She even mentioned that she was getting a massage later in the day. Towards the end of the massage, she started acting finicky, turning the lights on and off. The massage abruptly ended, and she left the room. When I glanced at the clock, it read 9:59am. At that point, I just wanted to leave. In the past, after a massage, the therapist would be waiting at the door to hand me water and lead me to the front desk. However, she was nowhere to be found. I walked up to the front desk, where they told me the total cost would be $150 and asked if I wanted to add a tip. It was frustrating to only receive three quarters of the service, be charged full price and not have a pleasant overall experience. Now my sciatica is flaring up and my back hurts more than it did before I came in. I won’t be coming back and will tell others to avoid. 0/10"

"One of the best experiences I’ve had. Extremely professional and friendly receptionists that made me feel welcome and appreciated. I had a deep tissue massage with, pardon the spelling, Meega. She was exceptional! I didn’t give much detail with regard to areas of focus, however she was able to find areas requiring extra attention with ease; areas that I didn’t know needed extra work. I will certainly be back!"

"Absolutely my go-to place for facials! I have been going here for years and have had AMAZING results with Jasmine! She is truly top notch- she takes her time, addresses all of my skin concerns, and is super detail-oriented. She also provides great recommendations that are realistic and do not cost an arm and a leg to get results from. She's my dream come true in an aesthetician because I do not have easy/perfect skin by any means, but she is just as determined to get me results as I am! I've been to many other aestheticians here, who are all fantastic as well (especially Taylor), but I settled on Jasmine due to her dedication, kindness, and the great results I've gotten with her. 100/10 recommend. The front staff is also very courteous, the whole place is very clean, organized, and relaxing, and when you're there you can feel that you're there for a high-end luxury experience. The only reason I took a star off was due to high prices, but if you get in with the right coupons/deals it's more than worth it. Invest in yourself, it's definitely worth the visit!"
