"Terrible. I asked for a little trim, the guy cut off half of my hair and gave me ugly layers, that don’t look good. My hair is now shorter, and I wanted long hair. I didn’t get a moment to stop him, and he started to cut it instantly. WORST PLACE EVER. THEY DONT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU WANT, DONT GO HERE. I am very, VERY upset."
