"The worker in the shop today blatantly lied about what the letter opener I wanted to buy was made of. He told both me and my cousin that it was either water buffalo bone or ox bone. He didn't let me hold it and I just assumed it was company policy not a big deal. That was till I got home and finally held it. It's made out of plastic.......You can see the little circles from where it was made on the back."
