"I ordered something online for pick up at the Folsom store. I got an email confirmation my order will be filled and should receive an email when ready for pick up. I noticed it was deducted from my debit card but never heard from the store. Drove there and was told my order was canceled. I asked why I was charged for the item and was told no, you’re only charged when you pick up the item. They gave me C/s number to call and they said, I’m sure you’ll get a credit. The people at the store didn’t even want to help me other than to give me the phone number. Very disappointing, no one was even in the store so they could of helped by calling for me."
