"Dear Mattress Firm Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the buying process at your store on greenback lane in Citrus Heights. On Sunday, February 25th, I visited your location and dealt with a salesperson named Aneesha. Unfortunately, my experience with her was less than satisfactory. Aneesha seemed flustered while pricing two different beds and frames. She failed to include the frame I specifically requested, leading to unnecessary recalculations. This initial interaction left me feeling frustrated, with her snide comments about running out of paper from doing two bed quotes, she seemed so lazy she did not want to do price quotes for customers. After much consideration, I made a choice on a mattress and left to think about it. The following Monday, February 26th, I returned to the store. I expected a quick purchase since we had already picked out the mattress the day before. Les, the salesperson who assisted me this time, put together my invoice. Shockingly, he included the wrong shipping address despite going over it twice. When he realized his error, he attempted to redo the invoice. Unfortunately, the frame we had selected was sold by then, leaving us without a suitable option, I left again out of frustration. My frustration escalated when I visited the store for the third time. Suzanne, another staff member, was equally unhelpful. She had to call Les, who struggled to remember details. Eventually, they sorted it out, but Suzanne refused to redo the invoice. Instead, she made Les create a new one from a different store, wasting over ten minutes of our time. As we proceeded with the paperwork, Suzanne entered the wrong delivery time. This forced us to redo the paperwork for the fourth time. By this point, my patience was wearing thin. To add insult to injury, Suzanne informed me that the frame we ordered and paid for was on back order. It would take even longer to arrive than Les had initially quoted. Feeling defeated, I settled for the poor customer service and purchased the bed and frame. Hours later, I received a call asking for the paperwork back because Suzanne had messed up. Now, I have to make a fourth trip to return the paperwork. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am deeply disappointed in the level of service provided by your team. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues within your organization."
