"Every time I come in to purchase something it’s always a hassle. This time I go to get a new chaise for my bedroom. Sign says $589 with 40% off. Go to the register to purchase and the lady says “this is not on sale. It’s considered a component.” There is no where for this to attach to another component. It obviously a chaise. They just failed to put the right sign on it and add the no further discounts. Instead the employee continues to argue with my wife that she’s worked here for 5 years and knows what is what. She could’ve just admitted a mess up and offered something instead of nothing. Sorry I didn’t get the employees name (Shorter, Asian lady with black vest). This is the second time they’ve messed up on their pricing. First time they at least worked to try to fix it. Hire more employees/managers that are competent. -"
