"Amazing 20th century designs in furniture and lighting"
"So, several things: 1) Way overpriced. Look for salvage products if you're trying to achieve a certain aesthetic. 2) I was overcharged (online vs. in-store prices were different). 3) If I am carrying 13 pounds of merchandise, plus my handbag, coffee, and glasses, offer some assistance. Not one person said a single word to me until I was ready to pay and had to heft that 13 pounds onto the till desk. Employee Chris just stared at me, then asked if I needed help to my car. I told him I had carried all that stuff around the store for 30 minutes and could handle it. He VERY sarcastically told me to "have a nice day." Many other reviews here say the same about the lack of customer service. Really, the store is not that great to warrant snotty attitude. IF i buy again, I will order online."
"Loved the styles. I bought a chair that I liked. It seemed overpriced but it was my favorite. It was delivered with defects (cracked wood, loose leg, poorly manufactured, e.g. drill holes were not clean / still splintered). They said they would refund 25% or replace but it has taken a year and is still not resolved despite consistent follow up."
"Worst Customer Service at this location. They treated me like I didn't belong and when I showed them an email code that I got from some time ago for 20% the woman laughed at me all because I simply asked if they would still honor it. I advise anyone to avoid this store and support a store that actually is kind to their customers."
