"BEWARE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE AND NO INTEGRITY. My experience started off nice with a very sweet sales person, Martin. I designed my new sofa and did not skimp on price or cut corners on comfort or material choice. I sat in a really comfortable sofa in the show room and wanted the exact comfort level. Thousands of dollars later, I ended up with a rock hard sofa. I called the day of delivery incredibly disappointed. I was told, "it takes time to break in, it will feel like the one I liked" . A year later, I talked to the Owner who would do absolutely NOTHING to help the situation. She could absolutely care less, she got her money and doesnt seem to care about reputation or integrity in their work. Now four years in I still have a sofa that I wasted money on, and called to give them one more chance to help me and restuff the seats. The man on the phone, Alec, told me sofas only have a five year life. WHAT A JOKE! I do not have a family and maybe I barely sit on it. Love to know if everyone in the world buys a $2500 sofa every 5 years? "Please enlighten me", I said this to Alec and he HUNG UP ON ME. I will have to chalk this up to not listening to my designer Brother who told me to stay far away from them and that their quality is also terrible. Another Designer told me people have come in to her business crying over their rudeness and lack of any customer service. My advice, if you don't get what you paid for, send it back immediately! Live and learn."
