Stanton and Oscar were my delivery team and they were super friendly + the delivery was smooth. The furniture was wrapped so it woudln't get damaged and they handled delivery with the utmost care. "I never leave Google reviews, but Kaiyo is a really great service. I am making an international move in a short timeline. Kaiyo provided an opportunity to get items out of my home quickly, and make a little cash while doing so. I sold 6 items through Kaiyo last week. My items were confirmed in less than 24 hours. Pick up was scheduled the following day, and the items were all gone within 4 days of my initial submission. Oscar S. and Chi H. were my delivery guys. They were professional, friendly, and communicated wonderfully. They were well informed about the company, the mission, and they answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My only wish is that they accepted more items! It may be tricky but I have some beautiful pieces in perfect condition that were rejected. Hopefully, in the future, they make on-site reviews possible."
