"If I could give this business zero stars I would. I paid this company and the manager/owner/contractor of the business over 100K to remodel my kitchen and home and he refuses to come and finish our project. He has left holes in the walls, framing unfinished, lights uninstalled. There have been drafts and mice able to get into the house because he refuses to finish the project. We are out hundreds of thousands of dollars because we are unable to rent our house which we bought and remodeled for that purpose. Eli claims that we owe him money when his contract states the last 5% is due after inspection and what we owe is WELL UNDER 5%. Our brand new back french doors to our back patio are ruined and won’t shut properly which is a safety hazard to our young 2.5 year old son. I organized the contractor (Eli) to work with the door company to install them correctly and he ended up yelling at them and throwing his hands up. The door is a 4.5K door and he charged me just the same to install it. It has been over a year that I have been asking him to Fix the door, which I asked to fix as soon as it was installed last October and it still is not fixed. Eli drew plans and contracted his team to install the appliances and then when his team scratched my Cafe dishwasher he claimed that “his team doesn’t install appliances” and he was “doing it as a favor”. He claims that he hasn’t charged us for “fixes” that were done when the “fixes” were mistakes made by his team i.e installing lights off center when the drawing had them centered, installing appliances not level. Ge is trying to charge us twice for this which is completely wrong. His team did the job wrong it is his responsibility to have them fix it. He completely tried to take advantage of my husband and I as first time home owners. DO NOT HIRE Elite Cabinets and Eli to work on your home."

"Loved the ability to customize my kitchen cabinets. There were some paint problems and molding issues and they never returned to fix them. Called many times and ran into the owner at the store. Guaranteed they would come back but 2 years later and they never showed."
