"Purchased a computer chair and when I put it together I realized it was a cheaper version than advertised. Has a different head cushion and it has NO arm cushions or leg rest cushions. I messaged them and they just ignored me. I'm very disappointed and I would not recommend buying from here Especially if the item is in a box."

Not sure if that happens weekly or just periodically but it would be nice for them to adjust their store hours to save the public the frustration of going “during store hours” just to be turned away."
