"We love this Living Spaces location. Cindy helped me to understand how to read item selection info. She was thorough & very patient with me. The people who work here are sweet & knowledgeable regarding the furniture and other items they sell, along with suggestions on how to put pieces together. We found a great accessory tonight for our coffee table and will return soon to select a coach we saw today."

"Associates are very friendly and helpful. They do not work off commission so they aren’t following you through out the store like other retail stores. The quality of furniture is instantly noticeable compared to other retail stores. You pay for what you get here."

"Ordered a mattress after a multi-hour conversation with the same salesperson across two visits. Reiterated again and again that we wanted a plush mattress because our bed was too firm. For some odd reason the salesperson pushed us toward more expensive and firmer mattresses. In retrospect, it was an ill omen. Because after two weeks of waiting (she got the delivery date wrong) we received the firmest version of the mattress. She really wanted us to have a firm sleep! If that wasn’t enough, the store refuses to exchange the mattress for the one we asked for because she entered it into the system as firm. They said we have to sleep on it for 30 days and then pay a restocking fee. I will never shop at Living Spaces again and I recommend you don’t either. Unless you want the chance to get the exact opposite of what you wanted…while being told you have to keep it until you pay $200 to get the pleasure of what you asked for in the first place."

Kim, the sales rep, was extremely helpful and showed me exactly what I asked for. She gave me several choices and I picked the perfect one for me. I definitely recommend this store."
