"This is the first review I've ever made but feel it is necessary. I'm not sure how Old Bones is still able to do business. This was a terrible experience. 3 months after a sofa I ordered was scheduled to be delivered, Old Bones still couldn't give me an estimate of when it would be shipped...so I cancelled the order. After a frustrating amount of time going back and forth with Old Bones support, they finally agreed to cancel the order. So I ordered a sofa from a different company. The Old Bones sofa still ended up being delivered so they refused to refund the purchase. Eventually, after months of back and forth, they agreed to refund $500 for the trouble. It's been almost a year since they agreed to the refund but still nothing. My emails are usually ignored and when they do respond they simply say that they are looking into it or working with finance. There are so many more frustrating details. Please don't try to save a few bucks by purchasing from Old Bones. It's not worth your time. This is a horrible company."

"YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Buy furniture anywhere online other than here! Former Designer from Four Hands here - TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS - Every 1 Star review has gone through the same experience as us. 2 YEAR NIGHTMARE! My mother in law ordered a sleeper sofa in Dec. 2022 when she moved in, and they kept saying it had shipped, but she did not receive for almost 5 months! We had to buy an expensive air mattress just so guests had somewhere to sleep. We tried to cancel within the first few months, but they would not let us. Mind you, we still did not have a sofa. They said they would refund us several hundred dollars for the inconvenience, but they never did. Weeks later, we called them back, and they said they saw a bad review we wrote and they would NOT REFUND US UNTIL WE PULLED DOWN OUR NEGATIVE REVIEW. So my mother-in-law frantically spent hours trying to contact Google and Yelp to take down her reviews. She was unable to do so on one site, and Old Bones said they wouldn't refund until she could get it down. Blackmail at best. On top of this, their customer service reps responded to my husband's refund inquiry email and accidentally forwarded him their internal emails between their customer service team which has context of them mocking my husband and family asking for a refund ("it's this guy again asking for his refund"), We sent all of these documents over to our bank with our dispute. It's not worth it - Trust us! Lots of other places to buy Four Hands and other vendors. They only display the positive reviews on their front page. I'm all about supporting local businesses, but this place has to be a front for something else. I just can't imagine the owners not caring this much about their business and service."

"I ordered chairs in August of 2023 and paid for them in full. The order kept getting back ordered they never arrived. In December decided to cancel the order and just get refunded in full. I have yet to see my refund and have been lied too constantly. It is incredibly difficult to get to speak to anyone other than the operator. I reported them to Citi Bank and will let them deal with them. I highly DO NOT recommend dealing with this company. Absolutely horrible experience."

"We hired Old Bones Co to redesign and replace our old furniture and decorate our house to give it a fresh look for Christmas party we were planning. As always I procrastinate until it gets too close to the party date. Designer of Old Bones did a fantastic job of meeting our deadline by selecting fabulous furnitures, sofa, matching chair, accent chair and coffee table in such a short time. All the furniture was delivered on time. Old Bones even send their designer to our house to oversee the delivery and arrangement of the furniture. They even selected wall decor painting and mirror. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the services we got from Old Bones. Everybody in our party loved our newly redecorated living room. I highly recommend Old Bones CO lStudiosI 'll definitely use them Again"

"The Adler bed is amazing. I am so pleased with the quality and the look of this bed. At first I was worried if I was ever going to receive it. The time frame from ordering the bed and actually receiving it was very long. (Over 8 weeks) I never spoke with anyone in person from Old Bones Co. but they did correspond through email and online chat. I had paid extra for the "white glove delivery" and that is where some communication breakdown occurred. However, it all worked out in the end. The bed arrived, they unboxed it and set it up. It is fabulous and I couldn't be more pleased with it. The company is in CA and it was being delivered to KY. With that being said, I have ordered very large pieces of furniture from Wayfair, Amazon and Crate and Barrel and it all came in very timely, within just a few weeks. I would have given the bed five stars but the delivery time was very long."
