Sleep Number

"My husband and I came in on a sunday. We received exceptional one on one service from Melanie. We were testing out 3 different beds, and we went back multiple times to compare the models for our needs. She was by our side the whole time and it could not have been a better experience. I went into the store with an incredibly painful back. During the demo, I could feel the relief. I honestly never thought I would find something to provide relief like the sleep number. We went with the C4 King Flex Fit. I hate those "salesy" experience and this was the opposite of that. Melanie helped us find a bed and base combo that is going to bring a drastic improvement to our quality of life. Highly recommend Sleep Number Escondido. Go see Melanie!!"

"Bad quality products. Bought a bed and a frame, both turn out to be defective, but base can't be return. What a reap off! Base has been serviced with tape (just like electrical tape) but still shaky and wobbly, now they want to replace the legs. Had this defective product for almost 3 months 06/09/2023. They pass the ball to another company for service to the base, and the base company tells me to go the Sleep number. I would never recommend this business to anyone."

"I walked in here today (Jan 8, 2017) with my wife and daughter. We are 100% for sure going to be upgrading our bed and I made it very obvious to the person that "greeted" us that we were going to buy something and soon. After the person said "hello", she asked how we heard about Sleep Number. I, like almost every other San Diegan, has seen the commercials on TV and heard them on the Radio. What I don't actually know is how the system works and what else this whole situation entails. She told me that their routine is to do a bed analysis which takes 45 minutes to an hour. Since I had our daughter and a surprise birthday to be at, I deferred and asked her to kind of give me a brief overview of what the sleep number advantage was. She then proceeded to tell me that the beds start at 2k and go up to 10k. Emphasis on the 10k. I asked, "Okay thank you for the info. But what's special about them? I heard they're adjustable? Is this only due to the analysis or is it adjustable after we buy it?" She looked at me like I was wasting her time from doing nothing and she brushed me off with, "They're all adjustable. Here's a pamphlet. You can read about it here and come back when you're ready to do the (analysis)". I must say that the overall tone of her seemed to be GTFO you stupid cheap ass. You can't afford us anyways. Thanks (I forgot your name). You've helped me solidify my decision to buy another mattress at Costco or online. With a 2 year old in the store, there was nothing here that really could be damaged or could hurt her and it WAS well maintained. They actually had some areas for kids to play in. Just not a 2 year old. TL:DR - treated like a 3rd class citizen and decided to leave."

"My husband and I wanted to replace the topper for the very comfortable bed we purchased from Select Comfort 15 years ago. The topper was torn and mildewy and even the air compartments showed signs of mildew. After driving to several stores and only finding overpriced and/or unsuitable options, I contacted Sleep Number and explained the situation and my desire to replace the topper. The representative explained they have upgraded their materials to prevent mildew since we purchased our bed and kindly promised to replace the topper and the two air compartments at no charge. I was very grateful for their quick and courteous response. The materials arrived within 3 days. Needless to say, both my husband and I are extremely impressed with this company and highly recommend them."
