"MK Home Furnishing has been the worst company I have ever purchased from on Amazon. The product box arrived damaged and the product had a few minor scratches. I first reached out to MK Home Furnishing and did not receive any response from them, four days later I contacted Amazon regarding my order and the next day MK Home Furnishings responded to my original message I sent them 5 days prior. At first, they gave me the run around about returning the product, then I finally got them to agree to accept the return request but they told me I had to pay for the return shipping on their damaged product in order to receive a refund. The box the product originally was damaged during delivery and it fell apart as a took the product out of the box. I have already discarded the box because it wasn't reusable. So I am now stuck with a damaged MK Home Furnishings product with a box to return it in."

My husband has quite the Goldilocks complex about couches-- must be "just right". The staff at MK Home Furnishings was incredibly patient with us as we made our way around the showroom figuring out what style and feel would be right for us. Top it off with being California made and we can design our OWN sofa beginning with any frame?! SOLD! We ended up settling on the Seraph t-cushion with angel hair fill (perfectly soft) and I am very excited for the final result!"

They even make custom sofas that have endless style and fabric options. Their staff helped me pick out the perfect sofa to match the rest of the room and they built and delivered the sofa to me less than 2 weeks later! The sofa turned out exactly as I had requested. I will definitely be going back soon to find a coffee table to complete the room."
