"Very disappointed on the service in the hot food area at the location on Florence and La Brea. I stop by the store at least once during the week and on on weekends. I love fried plantains and the fried mojarra, every time I go in the store they’re always out of the fried mojarra. They’re always telling tomorrow every time!! They should have a time frame when the item is available or take off the item off the menu. Since Numero Uni took over the store service has been a 0; I had to choose 1 star to get to the review section."
"There is a transient camp used for sleeping, eating and going to the restroom as at the Numero Uno Market Distribution Warehouse. People use it as a dumping site for chemicals, garbage, medical supplies, etc. This is all on the property of Numero Uno in the City of Huntington Park on 6701 Wilson Ave. There needs to be lights, security cameras, a guard patrolling the back of the property but the owners have allowed the property to become infested with garbage, vermin, human waste and other illegal dumping. At the very least the management needs to do weekly clean ups. As a food supplier the interest of a safe and clean environment to store and distribute any type of food must be a priority. There is a responsibility to not only your customers but the neighborhood and community you do business in and whose resources you are utilizing. Pictures have been uploaded to show what Numero Uno Markets is attracting to the communities they do business in. The community is demanding the owners/management of the warehouse establish a weekly clean up of their site for the sake of public health."
