"I am not one to order furniture online but considering I live in a remote area I ordered my setee. Very happy with the delivery process and the delivery man asked me to open the container since it was slightly broken but the sofa was in perfect condition. We followed the directions for set up and had it completed in about 2 hours at most. The linen fabric is in perfect condition and all pieces fit correctly. The sofa is comfortable and easily moveable. I would definitely recomend ordering from Millbury Home. Great company and prompt response time with all questions I asked. SGG"

After contacting customer service, they took care of us with compassion and understanding. They sent a new bed and arrived far earlier than the original shipment. "Great customer service...a rare find these days!! I changed my mind on the original bed frame I ordered because I was thinking about getting a larger bed. I was able to cancel with a simple email. When I made my ultimate purchase, the bed frame shipped out faster from Millbury Home than other competitors could get it out (including Wayfair). When I couldn't find the assembly instructions I emailed Millbury after hours one evening. They responded within 2 hours with an attachment of the instructions.
